The initiative began with discovering overall data warehousing goals and defining clear success criteria. From there, both high-level and detailed business requirements were gathered to ensure alignment with organizational needs. Finally, the team designed, built, and deployed a data warehouse tailored specifically to the EAX platform.
ivision worked closely with the client to assess their overall data initiatives and gain a full understanding of the requirements and success criteria. Using the insights from this discovery phase, ivision scoped the design, build, and implementation of a modern data warehouse platform hosted in Azure, while also laying the groundwork for future non-data warehousing projects within Azure.
