Engineer Spotlight – John Knight

1. What inspired you to become an Engineer?
I enjoy problem solving and technology and I also enjoy helping people. Becoming an Engineer was an opportunity to combine all of these things.

2. John’s Career Journey
I worked for many years for internet service providers in different capacities. When I moved to the east coast this opportunity presented itself with ivision, and it was new and looked challenging. After I met the people here, I knew that it was a great place to work.

3. What is your favorite part of the job?
I enjoy working with the team and being able to pass on things I have learned in my career so that the knowledge and information can help others.

4. What’s a fun fact about yourself that others might find interesting?
Prior to working in IT, I spent time working in the livestock industry.

5. What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy fishing and outdoor activities. I like playing video games and watching movies with my family.
